A lot of flower character that is well balanced with the base rooibos notes, plus a bit of caramel and strong fruity characteristics.
The taste is very rich, slightly sweetish, complex. Good alternative to my everyday theine teas.

Flavors: Caramel, Flowers, Jam, Rose

Nicely balanced strawberry and lemongrass aroma, with slight grassy and straw green tea undertones.
And good taste, slightly tart, fruity.
Much better than majority of Pickwick teas.

drank Vanilla Tea by Twinings

The very first impression is great – the bag smells wonderful, like a freshly cut vanilla bean.
After brewing the vanilla component is still nice, but there are also some wet cardboard notes, rather unpleasant.
The taste is sweetish, a bit malty, with no bitterness nor astringency.
All in all it’s not bad.

Flavors: Cardboard, Malt, Vanilla

Smells perfect, like a hot apple pie.
The taste is sweetish, with strong apple notes and a bit of cinnamon and raisins in the background..
A bit too watery, but generally not bad.

There’s probably more taste from the paper bag than from the tea itself in this one… Bland, watery, uninteresting.

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 5 min, 0 sec 2 g 8 OZ / 250 ML

I would call this tea unobtrusive. It’s smooth, not harsh, not overly bland but there’s nothing distinct in it. To drink, not to savour.

Flavors: Malt

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 5 min, 0 sec 2 g 8 OZ / 250 ML

This one’s basic but man is it one of my favorites! So very very good with milk and sugar.

Thank you for your comment. I usually drink my teas neat, because I think that with milk and sugar they all taste alike, but maybe I will go with your suggestion and try it this way.

I drink tea almost all the time.

However, my tea drinking can be divided into two main categories.

1. I work a lot at my computer and when I work, I need to always have tea at hand. That’s when I drink bag varieties, mostly black blends, often corporate ones. They need to be at least drinkable, of course, but I don’t focus on the taste much, though I don’t go below a certain level…

2. When I read (and read a lot) or when I’m just relaxing, I savor tea. That’s when the better varieties come into play, that’s when I use leafs instead of bags, that’s when I really focus on what I’m drinking.

I’m Polish, temporarily living in Copenhagen, Denmark.
