Cinnamon is the most evident, there’s also nice spiciness from pepper and ginger, as well as subtle anise and clove notes.
The problem is, there’s not enough tea in it, so it tastes much better when brewed along with an additional bag of black tea
And even better when made more “chai” style – with a solid splash of milk and some sugar.

Aroma is pear, caramel and fudge.
In taste the pear is very evident, despite its small amount in the composition. Slight sweetness, caramel in the background.

Strong aroma with plenty of quince.
Quince is dominant in taste. The black tea in background is plain and generic, but thanks to quince the tea is quite good.

Very strong licorice aroma.
Slight sweetness and plenty of licorice over rather bland, generic black tea.
Nevertheless, the licorice makes it worthwhile.

Refreshing scent of lemongrass combined with lemon peels.
Refreshing taste with subtle bitterness, very slightly sour.
Casual but good.

Smells just like a green tea should, but with only a hint of lemongrass.
Taste is very mild, almost without bitterness. Subtle lemongrass notes in the background.
Very casual.

Bio

I drink tea almost all the time.

However, my tea drinking can be divided into two main categories.

1. I work a lot at my computer and when I work, I need to always have tea at hand. That’s when I drink bag varieties, mostly black blends, often corporate ones. They need to be at least drinkable, of course, but I don’t focus on the taste much, though I don’t go below a certain level…

2. When I read (and read a lot) or when I’m just relaxing, I savor tea. That’s when the better varieties come into play, that’s when I use leafs instead of bags, that’s when I really focus on what I’m drinking.

I’m Polish, temporarily living in Copenhagen, Denmark.
