The Republic of Tea

Delicious and strongly flavoured. Good with a bit of sugar.

Very good for a bagged Chai. Mild spice best for lattes.

This tea is AMAZING. Fragrant and spicy, it warms and comforts me. Great for when I’m sick, sad, or just want to feel cozy.

Just finished my last one of these a few weeks ago. Definitely a great light tea. The cherry is not a “candied” cherry. Very nice!

I was really surprised with how good this tea tastes! I’m usually not one to drink the fruity blends of tea but this one was a good strong cup with just a tiny but definitely notable hints of mango.

Has a delicate sweetness that I like a lot on mornings where bolder teas might be too much. Not a strong flavor, so it isn’t going to make up for soda, but it is a nice hint of sweet that makes the basic black tea pop.

I haven’t had this in a while but remember LOVING it! Can’t find locally but would certainly buy again!

I haven’t had this in a while but I wanted to add it to my list here on steepster. I enjoyed it and will enjoy it from time to time just not in my top ten for RoT tho

I haven’t had this one in a long while. It’s satisfying enough but I never get an overly vanilla type taste from it. The Rooibos is a good tasting rooibos for a bagged one, anyhow!

This was steeped WAY TOO HOT but it seems to take the abuse well. It’s surely a Rooibos – very true. Vanilla was a good match up here. Goes well with the Chocolate Chip Cookie I paired it with. YUM!

Mixed it with Pomegranate Green Superfruit Tea, and it was also highly delicious. I brewed it (3:2) for an iced tea, which turned out nice, but honestly would’ve been better (2:3) instead.

I am learning though- this was a good example of using different tastes that don’t clash and ensuring each is a different type of tea. If the Pomegranate had also been white, it’d have been a very confusing tea (and if the Orange had been green, it’d have been far too heavy).

Mixed it with Wild Maine Blueberry also from the republic of tea, and brewed iced tea with it (3:2). Delicious…really delicious. I would make it again for sure

This is surprisingly good. I picked up the wrong teabag and, as it was steeping, I kept thinking, “That smells wonderful,” then I tasted it and thought “…but this isn’t quite rooibos…” before I realized it was this new tea. Wonderful!

Very light with just the right amount of sweetness, I wish I had this tea in my pantry more often! A very pleasing brew to have when the weather is fair and you feel like sitting outside.

This has been my favorite brand and flavor of red tea for many years. First experimented with while working in a cafe, I heartily enjoyed this special tea without guilt daily, for not only was it caffeine-free, it was also free! Ah, the long-gone perks of being a coffeewench!

I will always recommend this brand and tea to newcomers to the rooibos plant.

Definitely a tea best served on ice. Hot it was too much for me. I couldn’t even finish my cup. :(

I wanted to like this tea very much, for I love raspberries, but I felt it was too overpowering. But I bet this tea would be awesome iced.
