Super old sample….going to give the rest to my friend to try.

I made this to bring to the movie theatre, added milk.

I think my “stained” stainless steel travel mug (the one that kind of has taste remnants of all the flavoured teas it has ever contained) may have ruined the taste of this one for me a bit.
It wasn’t very potent or delicious.

I might actually have to try again one time before I give it away!

I don’t consider this a 92 based on my tastes today, so I’m lowering my rating accordingly.

I didn’t really care for it, unfortunately. Might be because I don’t love orange teas very much. I did like Davidstea’s chocolate orange, so maybe chocolate would have helped this one.

It was really musty and dusty and murky and putting orange flavouring on top of that didn’t make it taste any better to me. Like sticking an orange air freshener in a dank old basement….you never can hide that mustiness.

Not the pu-erh for me, I guess!
Though I appreciate getting to try it :)

I don’t much care for apple flavoured things, so admittedly I wasn’t excited to try this one.
It smells pretty good in the bag though.
And I do like apple cider, so I was kind of hoping it would be along those lines.

It ended up tasting pretty weak, though. Not really worth drinking!
Happy to have the chance to try it!

I love Sherlock, but I did not love this tea, sadly. Though not unexpected, given my track record with Adagio.

Honestly I find all these chai/spicy/green/black blends these people come up with all manage to taste the same to me.

It was “Meh” times 100.

Had another cup of this for breakfast this morning, thanks to the generous sample from the TTB.

I accidentally forgot to fill my kettle up with enough water for a cup, so I had to let it sit after I poured it, while I waited for more water to boil.

It got really dark and bold. I added milk , or maybe it was a splash of cream…I forget. Anyway it was good and rich and thick and creamy.
Glad I have a bit left!

Another sample from my friend, I accidentally ruined it.

I’m always disappointed by maple teas, I expect too much mapley deliciousness from them apparently. Reality never lines up with my hopes.

So I kind of assumed this would be no different. And then I got the genius idea to add some cream to it, I figure it would make it extra desserty and the creaminess would make up for the lack of maple flavour that I was anticipating.

Anywaaaaay, I went to add the cream and forgot how full it was, so a bunch came out and made my tea pretty much white.

I took a few sips but it wasn’t anything but watery, creamy, tea flavoured liquid.

Sample sipdown from OMGsrsly, my second creme brûlée tea of the night.

It’s a pretty potent tea. I definitely get that slightly bitter burnt caramel note.

It’s a very heady dessert tea that I wouldn’t mind having a small quantity of, but nothing I would want to drink regularly. I’d probably add a bit to my cart if I was ever going to place an order but I wouldn’t place an order just for this.

Uhhh, I can’t seem to recall who sent me the sample of this tea. I’m sorry.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was pretty good! (For a chai).

I did find it tasted a lot like a creme brûlée with major big time chai. Super spicy chai. This is probably exactly how spicy chai normally is, but the last few chai-ish teas I’ve had were Adagio fandom versions of chai, not as spicy.

It was a neat dessert tea to try, I enjoyed drinking it, though I wouldn’t buy it because of the strong slickness.

Cold brewed the small quantity of this I bought recently…. Yum! Left it in the fridge for about a day.
I really find it tastes like a cherry snowcone. Granted, it’s not gritty with sugary sweetness but it’s like an unsweetened cherry snowcone. Which is fine by me, I prefer tart things to overly sweetened things.

I will buy more to use up this summer!

Uh. I don’t get this tea, I feel like I’m missing something major. It might just be too subtle for me or something.

All I taste is a somewhat musty vegetal and also floral oolong base.
With maybe a hint of some kind of old fruit, I don’t know. Maybe that’s the frankincense? I have no sweet clue what that would even taste like.

I can’t stand the smell of incense though. I only have a fond memory of when I was 13 and would burn it because I used to pretend I was Wiccan. I didn’t even like the smell back then, at least it had a purpose at the time. Can’t imagine wanting to drink anything that tastes like incense.

It’s basically the opposite of everything I like.
Luckily this basically tastes like nothing to me… No bergamot, that’s for sure.
