I actually gave it the full steeping time; 7 minutes seems like eternity, but I can now concede to the “brothy” descriptions. Not sure about buttery….I think white tea just isn’t my cuppa.

Nice. Takes a long time to steep it strong enough for my taste.

Not a bad coffee sub. Less of an abrupt jolt into wakefulness; more of a gentle come-on-you-can-do-this tug.

I believe Culinary Teas sells this brand in bulk, which is what I have. I’m on the tail end of a pound, so it’s starting to get a little old, but still a fruity favorite. In the summer, I ice it down and add a little extra grenadine syrup.

Close to perfect.

This came from a little Tennessee tea shop, so it actually may be another brand, specially shop packaged. But all the same, it’s the right balance of nutty and sweet without being too sweet. Drinking with half and half. Mmmmm.

Smooth and nice; a little less “green-beany” tasting (to borrow a well-chosen phrase from another user) than many straight green teas.

I realize white tea is mild by default, but I don’t think there’s much difference between this and hot tap water.

Another nice fruity tea that isn’t tart or sharp. Nice and mellow.

Loved it but frustrated that it seems to be available only seasonally and/or sporadically.
