Rishi Tea

It has been SO hot outside these days! I always love to bust this out and make some iced rooibos! Its so smooth and naturally sweet and tart. I love this one!

Blended this iced with Rishi Blueberry Rooibos, Adagio Pi Lo Chun, Mighty Leaf Organic Spring Jasmine, Numi Rooibos. I tend to drink this alone, but it tastes great iced, especially on a really warm day like today.

Made this iced and it is so refreshing :)

This is one of my favorites – I even bought a huge bag of this! Tastes and smells so fresh and fruity. It is sweet and a tiny bit tart but is nicely complimented by the warm, mildly nutty flavor of rooibos. I don’t add sugar… just hot water!

This tea makes me smile every time.

Snow Sprout really has become my favorite tea – I love how it smells of honey. And I can get at least 3 great steeps.

Having the UtiliTEA Kettle from Adagio makes preparing my green/white teas so much easier.

I just ordered more from Rishi – love the honey and persimmon notes and the honey scent. Addictive.

This is a tea with a clean scent and a wonderfully sweet flavor. Not an everyday tea, but one I throughly enjoy each time I drink it. It really does smell like honey!

This is a very different black tea than what I’m used to drinking. Something about the taste makes it stand out. Maybe it tastes like nutty (maybe like chestnut). Maybe it is the “fresh pine” note it is supposed to have. I don’t reach for this very often, so I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing this.

Best store-bought chai I’ve had so far. Single cup. Nice balance of flavors.

I added a bit more than last time and oversteeped it a minute or two. Has a really nice, full flavor for a Silver Needle.

I just opened this tin today after drinking 2 other Silver Needle blends from other companies. I listened to a few of the other reviewers on the steeping time (keeping it to about 2 minutes) – really enjoyed it. One of my new favorites!

This one is all about the citrus scent. The flavor is light and barely there. If you warmed up a glass of water with a lemon wedge, I imagine it would taste like this.

This is the first white tea I have EVER steeped that long, as per Rishi’s instructions. I am pleasantly surprised. This is really nice!
