My idea of heaven is an endless supply of Earl Grey tea! This is wonderful – a little strong but delicious.

This flavor is one of my favorite black teas. The vanilla added just the right touch. Highly recommended!

I love this flavor — very soothing and light. I am normally not a huge fan of chamomile but this blend is not as bitter as others I’ve tried.

Horrible. It tastes like how a bathroom potpourri smells…didn’t finish it.

drank Bombay Chai by Mighty Leaf Tea

I typically avoid Chai tea, but I took a chance on this one and found a new favorite! The cloves were noticeable but not overbearing and the fruity / cinnamon flavors were really pleasant. It pairs perfectly with a gloomy fall afternoon. Two thumbs up!

Today was the last of my sampler tin, so I decided to steep it out with a bang. (7+ minutes of steeping.) Thankfully, I wasn’t disappointed. The flavor was wonderful and flowery, with subtle hints of grass and minerals, and not a lot of bitterness. Though this tea didn’t wow me at first, it did grow on me, and I was sad to see it go.

Thankfully this tea resists my tendency to over-steep, because I forgot about it for a few minutes, and almost doubled the recommended steep time. Even with those extra few minutes though, the tea comes out pleasant and drinkable, with a strong grassy/flowery flavor, and just a hint of bitterness that actually adds to the overall enjoyment.

Steeped it a little longer, and got a nice earthy/grassy taste and aroma out of the tea today that made it better than the first time I brewed it. Still pretty mellow, but nice and smooth with a rich golden color if that’s what you’re in the mood for.

Definitely a subtle tea, which makes me wish the flavors were a bit stronger. Sounds like it could make for a nice iced tea, so I might have to give that a try. Not bad, just not my favorite.

Good tea but I have had better breakfast teas that are significantly cheaper too.

My first experimenting tea from Peets, and it definitely did not let down; The flavor was good, but the aftertaste was slightly dry…I think.

There’s one specific flavour in here that turns me off. I’ve never had chamomile before, but my suspicious is that I just don’t like it.

drank Orange Dulce by Mighty Leaf Tea

Apparently this tea is good either plain OR with milk. The milk seems to enhance the vanilla and give it a lovely creamy taste and mouthfeel – and it also makes the tea taste sweeter (no sweetener required!). The orange is at a good level where you notice that it’s there but it doesn’t make the tea bitter, and the jasmine is subtle enough to give the tea some pleasent floral notes without making the tea smell and taste like jasmine soap.

It’s nice to have a black tea that I don’t have to dump a ton of milk into once and awhile. It makes a very fragant cup and for once the flavours advertised are easy to discern. The orange and vanilla espeically combine to make a great cup of tea.

I like this tea, though I wish the ‘tropical’ flavor was a bit stronger. That said, it’s still a nice green tea that’s drinkable in the morning.

I bought a box a couple weeks ago and have had a few cups this week. It’s a good, solid, and straightforward jasmine, though not particularly complex.

Tastes kind of seaweedy. I like seaweed in my sushi, but I guess not in green tea.

Today was the last steep from my 1oz. tin, and overall I was very happy with this tea. It has a nice bit of fruit flavor to it, as well as a flowery, spicy taste that makes for a complex cup. It’s also a tea that can be enjoyed by itself, and at any time of the day, since it’s either caffeine free or light on the caffeine. (The tin says caffeine free, but Steepster says it has a ‘natural’ caffeine, whatever that means…)

I don’t know that I’d buy more of this tea, since it has a lot of flavors that blend together to make a great, though not distinct tea, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone that’s looking for an easy to drink mate with a lot of different flavors and aromas.

Tried hotter water today, and the taste was still smooth and delicious. However, it’s mostly a strong mate taste with just a hint of fruit despite the huge chunks of dried fruit in the tea, and I’m still not getting much of the spice flavor, though there is a slight taste of minerality.

This is one of my boyfriend’s repeat buys. I don’t drink this tea often, but the taste is very refreshing. The fruit in this tea is subtle and not too in-your-face like other green tea and fruit combination. Great iced.
