I miss writing tea notes and chatting with you guys. I’ve not come quite back around to tea. I start my morning with a delicious coffee (don’t worry – I’ve also become a coffee snob, sigh).
But I’m sitting here tonight drinking this delicious, rapidly depleting tea. I haven’t done much research into what could possibly replace this once it’s gone. I really need to start that. Tonight this is delicious. I’ve been forgetting to drink my tea until it’s a little too cool, but I caught this one just at the right temperature.
A lovely tea to sip while I study away.

Thank goodness it’s not just me! There’s an eccentric little coffee house down the way from us, and they carry the widest (geographically) variety of beans in North America. I love dark roast, specifically Ethiopian, but as of late I’ve been addicted to this New Orleans roast they have – a dark roast mixed with chicory they blend together for us.

Oh that sounds so good. I should do that with some of my fancy unflavoured beans. I love chicory.
