45 Tasting Notes
The tea is really weak in flavor. I tried re-steeping it with more tea, but the flavour was still very mildly nutty. I actually tasted stronger apple notes than nut ones. I liked it more once I added it to some black tea but overall this tea is just very unflavourful and i would not recommend it when there are other desserty tea blends out there that pack more of a punch.

This is my favourite tea! I love the vanilla flavor with floral notes. It smells amazing, and the smell seems to linger around the area pleasantly. I like to brew this when I have company because you can resteep it over and over and the flavour doest fade much, and the creamy texture is usually mild enough for even non-tea drinkers to enjoy. My favourite way to drink it is iced with cream though- I drink it this way whenever I am craving an iced latte but dont want the caffeine or sugar. The cooler it is, the creamier and the more vanilla you taste in my opinion.
Flavors: Cake, Cream, Floral, Grass, Vanilla
Preparation
This was the tea that got me “into” tea. I love watching the petals unfold in my cup. I LOVE floral teas, and this one is not overpowering or soapy like some florals get. I like to put one bloom in my ceramic steeper mug and resteep it two or three times. The peach is very soft and subtle, along with a mild grassy taste, with some jasmine notes. Not a good tea if you like something strong, but good for relaxing with
Flavors: Grass, Jasmine, Peach
Preparation
This is one of my favourite teas. Its too bad that its seasonally available. I got it on sale and stocked up. This is my “study tea”; I put a whole pot on and sit for hours reading my textbooks and drinking this.
The taste is smooth and vegetal, with some metallic notes. You can resteep it, I resteep mine three or four times times usually over the course of the day. the metallic taste fades with steeping. Buttery/creamy texture in your mouth increases with steeping.
Also, this tea seems to blend very well with dessert-y teas. Its an expensive tea to blend, but it does seem to enhance the flavor of any herbal tea I have blended it with so far.
Flavors: Butter, Earth, Honey, Metallic
