The trick with this one is to drink it when it’s extremely cooled-down. The flavor really develops as the water temp lowers.
Steeps a muddy pinkish red color.
An oily flim forms on top of the liquor.
If you sip it while it’s still hot, it tastes like water with a twinge of hibiscus tartness.
Once it cools, it tastes of raspberry tartness, fruity, and not super chocolatey, which is surprising because there are huge chunks of chocolate in the dry leaf.
It has an oily, thick mouthfeel.
Not my favorite thing in the world as a hot beverage. But it would definitely be good as an iced tea.

I really, really liked this one!
Liquor is a ruddy, brownish- red color.
Dry leaf and liquor both smell of chocolate and ginger.
Brothlike/ creamy mouthfeel.
Notes of cocoa, wood, wet earth, and ginger.
Lightly spicy and very warming.
Yum!

This came as part of my “dry flight” variety pack of Tiesta’s Immunity line.

Very strong lime perfume on the liquor.
Lemon-lime flavor— strong emphasis on the lime. Not much room for nuance or subtlety.
Sweet, citrusy, smooth aftertaste.
I’ve had two cups so far and like it a little better each time.
A tasty, albeit unsurprising, low-maintenance rooibos blend that will help me through cold and flu season at work!
CAUTION: There are freeze-dried yogurt pieces in this blend, so vegan/ Paleo/ lactose intolerant Steepsterites beware. I was unable to add that to the ingredients list because Steepster doesn’t have it in their database apparently.

My body needs to adjust to tea caffeination, which works more slowly and steadily than coffee’s one-two punch to the bloodstream.
I’ll probably end up drinking another cup of this or two today, just to make the headache and irritability go away.
This is still one of my favorite-ever EG variations. So berrylicious and smooth! Yum.

Roasty, slightly bitter (but in a pleasant way), caffeine free, nutritious! It also apparently supports digestive health.
Going to start drinking this instead of decaf coffee during the midmornings.

One of the best and most comforting teas out there.
Bready mouthfeel, hardy base that can withstand workplace inattentiveness without becoming vegetal and bitter tasting. Got two cups out of this sachet.
Much- needed today, as the polar vortex business continues. Luckily, I am further away from the places that are seeing negative 28 degree F temps, but it is still dangerously cold where I am as well.

Decided to wean myself off of coffee and revert back to my physically healthier, undergrad tea-drinking self.
It’s time.
I’ve been a full-time working adult for 5 years now, completed my Master’s online, and therefore no longer need the high-test coffee caffeine crutch to get me going. And, honestly, I need to lose some of the weight I’ve put on from sitting instead of walking everywhere, like I did in college.
Green tea is the key. Green tea is the key.
This one tastes a lot better than it smells. The dry sachets and the liquor smell strongly of lemongrass, which I personally find cloying. However, the sip is actually a surprisingly light, buttery green tea with a delicate blueberry flavor, which is enhanced and counterbalanced by the lemongrass.

This… is a cheap tea. I got what I paid for.
Tastes like hot watery cough medicine with a faint, fake guava aftertaste.
Also somehow has 5 calories per teabag? O______O
Yuck.
I was hoping for a summer flavor to break up the winter tedium, but this ain’t it.
Might take this home and try cold-steeping it to make it tolerable.
