338 Tasting Notes
When I heard this one was back for a limited time only, I knew I had to try it on my visit today. Admittedly, I’m not a fan of cherries, or cherry flavoured things, but I guess the inclusion of some other ingredients helped to balance out the cherry to a more mild taste that I actually liked! It did smell heavenly while in my cup, so I will definitely give it that. If only it wasn’t so expensive – the only downfall of white teas!
I received this as a sample in my last online order and I finally got around to trying it today. As a stand alone flavour… not too bad! Not my favourite, but it was drinkable. I think I’m going to enjoy it more when I mix it in with another flavour, like Strawberry Rhubarb.
Finally, a black, minty tea! A peppermint patty in liquid form! I love it! Nice and creamy (again, I added milk to my cup) and with just enough coconut flavour for my liking. I will definitely be picking up some more of this when another one of my flavours runs out :)
Finally, something new to try! This one was sooooo soothing – I can see why it’s a favourite! I seem to be on a vanilla kick lately and this was just the ticket for a Saturday afternoon. I added milk to make it nice and creamy and… mmm. Definitely need more of this one!
I’m pretty sure by now I’ve sampled all of the white teas at my DT store by now, haha. This one I liked, but wasn’t overly blown away by. I think it had to do with the hint of licorice – not one of my favourite flavours. But I do like almond, and thankfully the taste of that overrode that of the licorice.
Day #18 of the advent calendar! Another new taste for me, hurray! This one had a little bit of everything – white tea, green tea, floral, fruit. Not my favourite (I’m not usually a big fan of floral-heavy tea, as this one appears to me), but a nice treat for today.
