This tisane is super acidic even if you only brew it a few minutes. Not even honey or milk can calm its sourness. It actually curdles milk! If you like fruity iced teas in the summer, this makes for a good iced tea if you don’t mind tart.
Flavors: Citrus, Lemon, Lemon Zest, Sour

Tasty, but gets acidic fast. It is good iced or with milk but avoid leaving the teabag in for more than a minute or two if you brew it hot. A word of caution: it will curdle milk if steeped too long.
The cherry flavour is very apparent, which is wonderful. It is a bit tangy but also sweet, a bit like fruit punch with extra cherry juice. It brews to a deep cherry red.
Flavors: Cherry, Fruit Punch, Fruity, Overripe Cherries, Pleasantly Sour, Sweet

My husband bought this for me. I’m not wild about it, but it is nice break from all the straight chamomile I’ve been drinking. (I’m breastfeeding an excessively gassy baby, and the chamomile that gets into the boob juice seems to help) My two year old thinks it’s pretty good, though.

I have this tea left from the holidays I’m trying to work thru them. Today is raining and its a little cold so had this tea while studying. Is not bad it has a very strong and peppermint flavor to it i also taste vanilla mind tone. I am loving Celestial seasonings new packaging I’m a sucker for presentation. will definitely try some of their other flavors. Any recommendations?
My favorite Celestial Seasonings blend is their chai. I fell in love with it after someone left a box at work, but I haven’t been able to find it since. I tried the chai from their new Steep line, but it’s not at all the same. Their True Blueberry is good too. It tastes and smells like a blueberry muffin.
This tea page is actually for CS’s straight peppermint tea. The Candy Cane Lane version is here: http://steepster.com/teas/celestial-seasonings/2148-candy-cane-lane.
Well this is a great sleepy time tea. Ingredients chamomile, valerian root and tilia estrella flower, it knocked me out every time. Plus flavor is not bad i doesn’t taste medical. This is different then their regular sleepy time i find that one has a more mint to it.
I loved this one so much, I had two cups of it. When I first open the package, I can smell the spearmint the most. But when I steep it, it suddenly becomes a wonderfully honeyed version of the original blend.
It’s balanced perfectly and tastes very genuine. I get notes of coconut mingled among the honey and chamomile. They should try to make a Sleepytime Coconut next, haha.
My favorite? It’s a toss-up for me between this one and the vanilla flavored Sleepytime.
Wonderful!
Flavors: Apple, Coconut, Herbaceous, Honey, Orange, Spearmint, Sweet
I made this one as an iced tea. I think it’s pretty clear that that is how CS intends for it to be prepared. It is amazing!! Clear, cool, refreshing, pleasantly tart and slightly sweet. Steeps a gorgeous crimson. Hibby isn’t obnoxious either, although I was afraid it would be.
Perfect summertime tea!
I love the taste and aroma! I’ve made a habit of relaxing with a cup of this tea a few hours before bedtime. I enjoy it plain, although occasionally I will add a spoonful of honey. You’ll always find a package of this in my kitchen!
Preparation
Not bad. Not bad at all. Definitely reminds me of coffee, but smoother. Love sampling from whole food stores. I would not be sure I’d get some myself, but if I was desperately trying to give up coffee, I’d get this on discount. It also might NOT be beneficial because it would accelerate my coffee cravings.
I drank this tea until I could no longer find it. I’m very sad, as this was the best tea I’d ever drank. I miss it terribly. One really great reason I loved this tea, as it did have caffeine and it never stained my teeth like breakfast tea does, or any black tea.
Preparation
Strong herbal aroma, with mixed notes from green and white tea, as well as subtle wet forest bed notes.
Solid, malty taste with slight bitterness. Strong roasted rice in th aftertaste.
Green and white tea are well blended here, showcasing their individual traits.
Flavors: Forest Floor, Herbs, Malt, Toasted Rice
Preparation
So, I revisited this tea. Instead of steeping in water, I did so in hot plain unsweetened almond milk for 4-5 minutes (made it quite strong). Then added a little SF Vanilla syrup.
Wow, this is actually really good now.
Flavors: Cardamon, Cinnamon, Ginger, Pepper
