Ingredients:

2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream 3 ounces brewed Star Spangled Chai Raw brown sugar Cinnamon stick

Preparation:

Brew a pot of chai tea Add 2 teaspoons of raw brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Fill a coffee mug with chai tea and Baileys Original Irish Cream. Stir with cinnamon stick.

Ingredients

24 ounces fig vodka 12 ounces chilled Earl Grey tea (alternate suggestion: Lady Devotea lavender earl grey) 18 ounces tangerine juice ice fresh fig wedges for garnish

Method

Combine the fig vodka, Earl Grey tea and tangerine juice, stirring well. Cover and chill until ready to serve To serve, stir and strain over ice. Garnish with fig wedges and/or thin slices of tangerine floating on top

Old-Fashioned Hot Toddy : A real winter warmer

Ingredients: 1 tbsp honey, 3/4 glass 1910 tea, 60ml shot brandy, 1 slice lemon.

Brew tea and fill a tall glass 3/4 full. Mix in honey. Mix in brandy shots. Add lemon slice and enjoy.

Squeeze of lemon juice
Spoonful of caster sugar
Lime Wedges for garnish

Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

Garnish with lime wheels.
