A nice summer cup. Not too artificial like some of David’s fruity teas can be.

I could not believe this tea came from an ordinary tea bag. Not acidic at all. Smooth and delicious.

Smooth and spicy with a heat that grows on you.

Lovely summer tea. Tastes like a pina colada.

Not unpleasant. The flavor is subtle, and may require milk or sweetener to enhance it.

This is a delightful tea if brewed to your taste. Less leaf and a short steep will result in a light honey and grapefruit scented green tea. A longer steep and more leaf can result in a syrupy mouth feel or a bitter brew. Some experimentation required to match your tast.

I was afraid that this tea would be too artificial tasting like so many of David’s Teas. But, at first taste, it doesn’t seem to be artificial tasting at all, and it is actually quite tasty.

I usually don’t like pu-erh. But I do like toffee, so I tried this as the cup of the day at David’s Tea today. Surprisingly, I liked it. I’d have it again, in fact.

It’s that time of year so I went down and bought myself a few ounces of this delicious tea.
