249 Tasting Notes
This tastes like hot grapefruit juice to me. It’s not a very complex taste, although the eucalyptus adds a faint menthol edge. It’s a very odd taste overall, yet I rather like it. It’s comforting when I have an allergy-related sore throat.
Flavors: Eucalyptus, Grapefruit

Hmmm. I would be tempted to think I had a different tea than everyone else, except mine was purchased from Joy’s and the tin was labeled. Mine was rather weak and somewhat medicinal tasting. Sometimes cherry in tea can taste like that to me, so maybe that’s really what I was tasting. (Which is odd, as I love cherry flavor in everything else in the world.) It was drinkable, but it’s just fine if I never taste this one again.
Preparation
Meh. It was fine, I can see how it would appeal to kids. I agree with the reviewer who said the flavors are kind of muddled and remind you of a fruit punch. It was OK, but nothing special.
Flavors: Chocolate, Fruit Punch
Preparation
Like drinking a lighter version of a chocolate covered cherry! A little sugar improves the flavor on this one. I like the cherry taste, but I could see how it might taste artificial to people. Nothing elegant and refined here, but yummy.
Flavors: Cherry, Chocolate
Preparation
It is as it says – lots of coconut, lots of pineapple. It tasted like the froth on a pina colada, not like the drink itself. (Probably no one will understand that but me, but whatever!) It was very sweet, too. I had it hot and it was rather unappetizing that way. Cold might be better, but I don’t want to invest in more just to see. The coconut was very overwhelming, too.

Preparation
I didn’t get much spice or hotness from this at all! It had a rather muddied flavor, a bit bitter and a tiny bit of chai spice. There was a tiny tingle but I probably wouldn’t have even noticed it had I not been expecting it.It was drinkable but I had no desire at all to ever have it again. I was pretty disappointed after all the great reviews!
Flavors: Bitter, Pepper, Spices
Preparation
I really like this. It is definitely a nice low-calorie stand-in for hot chocolate. :) To me, it has more of a milk chocolate taste than dark chocolate, and the almond sweetens or mellows it somehow. There’s not a strong tea flavor, which I am OK with because the other flavors are strong, but be warned about that if you “need” to taste tea. I bet it would be good with a little milk, too.
Flavors: Almond, Chocolate, Milk
Preparation
I enjoyed this one. It somehow tastes a little bit watery to me – I used plenty of the tea, I’m thinking maybe I’d like it with some additional black tea thrown in. I appreciate that nothing in here tastes artificial – I’ve had a bad history of finding chais that seem to have red hot candies as half the content. I liked it fine, it was just somehow…lacking something. Maybe I would like it better as a chai latte or something? Nice balance of the spices, though.
Flavors: Cardamon, Cinnamon, Clove
Preparation
I’m so confused, I’m 99% certain I saw this listed as recently as yesterday, but now I can’t find it!
Anyway, this has a heavenly apricot fragrance. The tea is a solid strong black that’s a bit more earthy than bitter. I’d like a little more fruitiness to the flavor, but it’s definitely there. And did I mention the fragrance is heavenly?
