No more eggnog, so I had tea this morning instead of an eggnog latte.

Tea good. Delicious. Caffeine. Yes.

(Yes, this is what my “reviews” are coming to. I’m exhausted. The darkness is annoying me WAY more than usual this year.)

It’s depressing to think that the days are still getting shorter. The sun was 18 degrees above the horizon at its highest point the other day, and it’s only going to get worse :( I can’t wait till spring.

I’m taking 6000iu of vitamin D, as well as some other supplements. I wake up naturally at 7:30 no matter WHAT I do but have no energy, and can’t get to sleep at night because of insomnia and lack of sun. So annoying. Fingers crossed I can get up tomorrow morning and maybe go shuffle around the block in the sun with a mug of tea before work.

I feel ya! I’m taking D and a B 100 complex vitamin to combat winter this year, D for my sunlight and B 100 for energy and de-stressing lol. And tea always helps!
