I get berry and vanilla notes from this tea. The smell and taste is helping wake me up this morning. This is a very nice tea and I like it a lot.

This is a nice bold breakfast tea for a tea bag. A very nice morning tea when your in a hurry. Its brisk, bold, tasty with no bitterness or astringency. Very inexpensive also.

Drinking this is like drinking hot chocolate with hazelnut. Very smooth and tasty. You can smell and taste the cocoa. Very nice tea for relaxing in the evening.

Drinking this complex tea makes me wonder if monkeys actually picked it. It also makes me wonder what other companies Golden Monkey tastes like and do I really want to try them wondering if I will be let down or not. Its not a brisk or robust tea, its a fantastic tea.

This is a strong brisk tea from Kenya. I had it this morning with splenda and milk. Its a very nice breakfast tea. This tea has a little astringency, but no bitterness.

This tea has a light green tea flavor. Its too light for me but its really not a bad tea at all. I actually cut open the tea sachet and brewed this tea like a loose tea which it was after I cut open the bag. It has a slightly sweet taste and I think it taste better w/o the bag. Although this may just be in my head. I’m upping the rating a few points but this tea is just not to my tastes.

I love the nutty flavor of this tea. Straight oolong, no flavorings, no bitterness, its just a very nice comfort tea.

This is a very nice smoky tea and thats just what I was in the mood for. It smells smoky and the taste is smooth and smoky. No bitterness here. Its not for everyone, but if you like smoky tea, it hits the spot.

Right now I’m craving this tea which means I will be at T.J.Maxx when it opens to buy whatever stock they still have on hand of this tea. This is really a smooth malty assam tea.
Its a loose leaf tea in a pyramid tea bag. I may open the bag next time and steep the normal way to see what happens.
