516 Tasting Notes
So I went back on my blog to see when my review for Amore showed up – um – it didn’t. Gaaah. My blog is driving me nuts, doesn’t post when I tell it to, no facebook apps work anymore… and with that in mind I’m sipping this tea right now, re-writing the post – and the stress melts away. Hey, the name of this tea changed too so it’s due for a re-write!
Rose mojito is so fitting, off to ice it for pics!
EDIT: Oh maaaan I iced it with fresh mint and lime and sparkling water! Amaaaazing – and finally made sure that post was up and about: http://www.daisychubb.com/review-rose-mojito-by-the-persimmon-tree/
This is perfection.
I’m actually enjoying taking tea with me again, when drinking tea has become a chore when it gets cold and gross. If I want iced tea, I drink it cold, not tepid!
PERFECTION. I will be buying more.
My only complaint about the Timolino is it’s size. 12 oz is just not big enough for me. I like a nice 16oz to go mug. Hopefully they will come out with a bigger one soon because I really love everything else about this mug.
I enjoy this as a relaxing brew,
but lately we have no groceries, out of seasoning salt and soya sauce – all we have is rice! So I made up some rice with this tea, it’s amazing. I added a pinch of salt and a pat of butter. It’s creamy, nutty and full of flavour. Win!
Ohhh I’ve been meaning to pick up a spaghetti squash once we have money for real food! My body is craving nutrition <3
Got a to go cup with milk and agave. Love it WAY more than Exotica, but Exotica will probably be cheaper so I’ll stick with it for iced tea.
That said, I will stock up if I ever get my T4 and get some tax (aka tea) monies. Love the citrus top note, very tropical meets thai!
I enjoyed this gunpowder, it’s creamy and a bit smoky – perfect for mixing with mint for my own Moroccan Mint blend! Yummeh,

Help me, lovers of this tea. It has such a high rating but I haaaate it. It tastes like cardboard. I have 50g.
So! any tips? haha
Yeah, I don’t recall being a big fan, though ordered the sample based on the rave reviews I was seeing.
yaaaay I’m back kind of!
haha I still feel like I’m under a rock. Anyways! My blog has been dormant far too long, since this tea was an amazing replacement for DavidsTea’s Dulce & Banana (sorry DT, I sipped them side by side and I prefer this one), I thought I would do a fancy photoshoot :3
Seriously my favourite iced tea ever. I don’t know what it is about this blend, I think it’s the lack of artificial flavouring? Whatever it is, it’s worth a try at least as a warm before-bed tea. AAAAND I have a coupon code for everyone: 15% off! Exciting :D I think anyways ;)

I should note as a disclaimer, not every tea is a 100% from Persimmon just because I got some samples from them. This tea though, I chose to be my first to review – because to me, it is 100. More reviews coming soon! Just had to get the rave out of the way haha!
Thank you Azzrian for including this in my special Christmas package last month!
My goodness it is blended pu-erfection yesIjustsaidthat.
It really does taste like a spiced or mulled wine. Sweet deep berry notes that taste like they will stain your lips. How decadent. Thank you so much for sharing!
I have been so SO pleased with my box of teas from Zen after their 50% off sale. There is only one tea in the box I don’t like (it’s not this one) and sadly I don’t have any swap money because I want it gone, but that’s a story for another time.
This tea is creamy, coconutty, astringent (not bitter) and a bit buttery. Definitely vegetal – super delicious. I make pots of it and always put the last pot in the fridge for iced tea. Yummy with a splash of coconut milk after a work out!
