Come here you lovable pumpkin butternut squash soup you. I need your caffeine and yumminess on the double. I went for Ingress Fall First Saturday event today so I got off my midnight shift, went home showered, then took a very long bus ride to the other end of town. I didn’t get home until 6:30 pm. Slept for an hour or two then went back to work. It was a crazy day but I wouldn’t change a moment of it. I won a nice powerbank, another pin (trekker FS pin) and had some awesome maple chili wings and pineapple curry wings. (THEY WERE AWEWOMSE!!) so yeah I think I may have overdone it today.

Bring on the MAPLE!!! the maple leafs don’t hurt either! I’m happy I have such a fun tea to drink while I wait for my shift to end. I have no idea what other tea I’ll drink today as I wander around for the Ingress Fall First Saturday event. I just know that I’ll have a lot of fun.
Flavors: Maple
Preparation
A great tea, full of pumpkins and thoughts of fall. A very comforting cup of tea.
I sorely need this if only to stop being angry at a coworker for being a petty child. I came in early to do my job but he didn’t like something in my shift log from the previous day so he wouldn’t let me take over. He was being such a jerk. So I told him if he wanted to stay for extra time even though he could leave that was up to him (30+minutes). So I went for a walk in the building and patiently waited. It’s not my fault he didn’t get all the facts before starting his shift yesterday and then screwed up. Thank goodness for tea.

Sometimes while sipping a low-key, simple tea I like to imagine that I’m drinking a magical cup of {insert whatever magic need here}. Usually my tea is a magical anxiety soother.
I learned this, no joke, from a psychology professor who recommended using bottled water as a cure-all for test anxiety! In my opinion, the tastier the tea, the more magic it has in it.
I needed something to wake me up as I’m back on midnight shifts. I finished evening shifts on the 30th…and started midnights on the 31st… it’s a bit tough on my poor body. Luckily this will help perk me up. I taste citrus. I was also doing my duolingo sessions as it’s been awhile. Unfortunately Japanese isn’t web based yet so I had to stick to the French and Spanish. Korean will be coming out later this month though.
Flavors: Citrus
Preparation
I just finished this tea off. I didn’t have much left in the bag so I didn’t even measure it, just poured it into the teabag. It was a nice raspberry flavour but I think it lost a little creaminess being made cold. Goodbye tea.

I needed this yummy lemon~y oh so freakin’ good tea. I wish I had bought more of it when Butiki was still making such a yummy tea. I still can’t find a replacement… everyone wants to add orange or some other citrus and all I want is a creamy lemon taste and a caffeine kick to get me through the tough days. The search continues….
