759 Tasting Notes
To me this tastes like Big Red gum. If you have ever had it, then you know it’s a spicy cinnamon. That was my first steep of about a minute. My second steep was about 30 seconds and I still got some cinnamon but it was more mild with a bit of a peach like flavour at the end. It was really tasty and I’m really glad I got it.
Flavors: Cinnamon, Peach

I went to DT and they had a sample out. Tried it, then bought two tins of my very own. This is sinfully good. I definitely taste the chocolate and marshmallow. I get hints of graham cracker sometimes but not enough to really think about it. Mostly it just makes me think of a hot chocolate with marshmallows already added in.
Flavors: Chocolate, Marshmallow

How strong is the chai taste? I know it’s marketed as a chai, but I’m not a big fan of chai with overpowering cinnamon, so I’m hoping that it’s mostly a chocolate tea with a dash of spice for flavor.
So I was a bit busy this morning and didn’t set any kind of timer or stopwatch… so I steeped this approximately a min give or take a few seconds. It didn’t seem to suffer though as far as I can tell. I was a bit impatient to drink my tea so I burned my tongue again… (happens when I’m too eager to get my tea fix). So I can’t pin down exactly what I’m tasting but it tastes yummy! I swear I’ll do a better job tomorrow on my day off. It was from a Verdant Tea tea of the month sample ages ago. I will clear up my tea stash :D
Preparation
I’m having this cold as I have lost the hot water tank thingy in the Cafeteria as it’s closed while construction is going on. I miss having instant hot water when I want it though. Easier and quicker just to make cold tea for now :D If I could use my own kettle it would be great but the building has banned personal kettles/heaters… (grumble, grumble)
Flavors: Creamy, Lemon
Preparation
It’s supposed to go up to 30C (90F) today… It’s fall dang you silly weather!! So I needed a rooibos blend. I just got the email about DT’s new chais. The S’mores looks tempting… Ah well this is a very good cinnamon tea and I’m enjoying the AC in the building where I work before my shift ends and I have to cycle home.
Flavors: Cinnamon
Preparation
I was running about 20 minutes behind when I left the house, cycled like the mad demon I sometimes am and manged to make it to work with some time to spare. PHEW! but of course that didn’t leave time for a proper tea. So a latte of this it was this morning. Still tasty but first chance I get I’m making something with pumpkin in it! Welcome Fall!!
Preparation
I think I only have about one more cup of this left. (after this one) That’s going to hurt a bit as I really do enjoy this one. It’s such a comfy tea, makes you think about reading books in front of fires.
