I sprig of tarragon
6 or 7 peppermint leaves
2 cardamon pods
Scent is an equal balance of tarragon and peppermint.
Peppermint dominates the taste with the tarragon adding a slightly licorice toned sweetness. Cardamon is slightly there but barely noticeable.
