Good first cuppa.
It’s an interesting flavor, a little malty, a little smoky, & little sweet. Not too bold, but I got other stuff for that!
I stayed up late last night creating a page in my laptop that is basically a catalog of every tea I have. Then I updated my cupboard on Steepster, so, for the people that I having pending trades with, check it out, send me a message, & lets get this ball ROLLING, baby!

I used Excel so I could sort. It took forever and my stash is light weight compared to most around here.
I’m embarrassed to admit the I just don’t understand how excel works!
I used Pages, made a 4 column table. First column is tea type, starting with “white”. 2nd column is a list of all the whites I have, 3rd col = brand. That list is alphabetized, to keep all the same brand together. 4th col = a yes or no if I will re-order, to be filled in as I’m approaching sip down.
Next category flavored whites…then greens, etc.
I’ve been wanting to do this for awhile, of course I can think of numerous columns, categories, etc, but I tried to keep it as simple as I could. :)
