Trying my first tea from Nina’s Paris! I really appreciate that they have cheap shipping on small orders, so you don’t feel pressured to buy a lot just to justify the postage. It got here fast too.

So J t’Aime. This one really hits the spot. When I opened the bag, I smelled boozy caramel. It reminds me a little bit of David’s Buttered Rum, but they have different bases, and a different balance among the flavors. J t’Aime has a breakfast tea-type base, strong, dark, and just a touch bitter (but not unpleasantly so). The caramel comes through strongest to me, while the vanilla and liqueur notes lightly round it out. Highly recommended.
