There were a couple of teabags of this tea in my hotel room in London last year and I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find it anywhere here in the states. But, if you find it, I would definitely try it. Very Yummy!

Made a valiant effort to produce the right floral notes, but suffered from its flat and slightly bitter taste. Could be used as a blending tea, but does not hold up well on its own.

(Granted, this tea had been poorly stored in a friend’s cupboard for the greater part of a year, so a more recent and better-cared-for purchase might have a different taste.)

I wasn’t sure what I wanted, and I have a lot of this for some reason, so this is what I’m having. And you know, I actually like it. (I guess there is a reason I have so much of it.) It really is a citrusy take on Earl Grey and a decent one at that. It’s good to keep some bagged tea around for when you need a quick and mindless cup, and this does just the trick.

This one makes my pinky go up in the air! I feel hoity-toity when I drink it!

loose leaf review.

I love this tea!! okay i haven’t had a great many teas yet because I’m still a beginner but so far this is one of my favorites!!! I don’t have a lot of tea equipment yet but i just use two teaspoons for my large mug (about 400 ml or a little over 12 ounces).

I feel, like someone else said in their review, that i just can’t get enough. I’m not sure what temperature i steep it at, I just wait till just after boiling to pour it into my cup.

To be fair, I normally don’t like chai teas. I love this one, though, so if you prefer a traditional chai, you may hate this tea. It is light and slightly sweet with just enough spice. Great for the holidays!

I love this traditional, black tea. Full bodied and a great “pick me up” in the middle of the day.

Rolled out of bed on this lazy Sunday morning and looked out the window. It’s snowing. Again. So far, it has snowed every day in December here. I don’t like it, not one bit. It’s a bad omen for the rest of the winter.

Even if it is a bad omen, it does make for a great day to stay in and drink tea (yup, total repeat of yesterday). frenchvanilla sent me some bags of this to try. I’ve been eyeing the box of this every time I’ve been in the tea aisle lately, but haven’t caved yet (miracles never cease…wait, no, I bought other teas instead). Thanks for giving me the chance to try it out!!

It’s stout, strong, rich, and smooth. Just slightly astringent, but all the better for it. This is a breakfast tea that could actually stand up to a big, southern-style breakfast. Too bad I’m not having one this morning, but still, this should be the go-to tea at places like Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel to serve with the big breakfast platters.

This has almost no flavor. I used three bags in a standard 12-oz mug and it was barely tea. It’s not actively bad like Lipton or Red Rose decaf, but if you’re looking for a decaffeinated tea in a grocery store go with Tetley’s British Blend decaf which is much more satisfying.

Somewhat disappointing, as I kind of like bagged Twinings Prince of Wales tea.

Excellent aroma; I enjoy with a bit of skim milk and honey for an extra treat.

Simply wonderful tea. I have a cup every morning and it always brightens my day. I tend to forget to remove my tea bags so my tea is always very strong, but Twinnings Earl Grey tastes wonderful even when I leave the bag in for half an hour. Fabulous.

Wow I used to think that herbals are pretty much herbals but boy was I wrong. This one is not as sweet and honey like than the other chamomile tea I have on hand. Not that it is bitter or anything is wrong with it, just that it lacks the natural honey flavor notes that I fell in love with another brand.

This tea is amazing, especially when very hot, with light agave nectar as a sweetener. It tastes like a tart granny smith apple, with a hint of a sort of flowery honey flavour.
