I Love the flavor of this. I think the flavor of the lemon makes this tea enjoyable to be, however since I like stronger tea’s the original stash lemon ginger is my preference due it its strong bite of ginger. This tea, is a relaxing lemon tea. I recommend

I don’t think anyone will question my choosing this tea this morning. I made pumpkin apple muffins for breakfast. They were just screaming at me to have chai, and this one was accessible and delicious. :) Warm, spicy, and just perfect with the muffins. Love!

This is a delicious dessert tea. I would compare it to their Darjeeling. A nice gentle taste that even most non-tea drinker can enjoy if you’re forcing them to try to like tea.

My favorite teas are black teas, but this is a pleasant tea when you wanna mix things up. This is the second rooibos I’ve ever had and it wasn’t dissapointing for me. I prefer this one in the afternoon than any other time of day.

Lemon Ginger tea, tastes like…. exactly that! Lemon and ginger! The lemon overrides the ginger a little bit so it’s kind of more like lemonade. So yes, drink this hot when you have a cold or sore throat and cold if your sitting out in the sun! It’s great either way!

Siiiiiiiiiiick.

This weekend has freaking sucked.

Made a cup of this before my giant meeting, and added a spoonful of lemon juice and honey. Here’s to hoping like hell that it helps me kick this cold.

Tried cold-steeping this one, using three teabags in my glass teapot overnight.

Maybe I did something wrong, but I think this one is better hot- the flavor seemed somehow less rich and full-bodied this morning. I needed two mugs of it until I felt satisfied.

I have 2 boxes of this tea, because they were really on sale at the store. This is a nice tea because I don’t feel like it has quite as much caffeine as other black teas I’ve tried, so I can drink it without worrying about being up all night or getting jitters later. It has the characteristically smooth feel of most Twinings teas, and it is a lovely orangey-brown color.

At the end of the day, though, it tastes a lot like cup of glorified Lipton Yellow Label. I’ve had more success with other Twinings blends.

A great tea. It’s solid and it’s awesome. There isn’t much to say about it other than I really enjoyed it. I take it with a bit of soy milk and a sprinkle of sugar, with the bag left in.

By far, my favourite Twinings choice.

This tea was really weak to me. Maybe I need to steep it longer than 5:45, but I’ve gotten better bedtime fixes elsewhere. I was hoping the mint in particular would be stronger, but it seemed like it was only part of the aroma with a very, very vague mint flavor that I could’ve just been imagining.

I will try and try again (several more times, since I’ve still got 14 bags left), but I’m a little disappointed.

Not really sure why I am taking the time to review this, as it’s the kind of tea most people know whether they like or not. Honestly, I’d never buy it either, but someone left a box in my house and I’ve been having a bag daily before I turn to a loose-leaf black tea I like better.

So, now that my snobbery is out of the way, it’s actually not a bad black tea. I have been alternating between drinking it black, and with a touch of vanilla soy milk. This is a good mid-afternoon tea for me (evidence, it’s 2:45PM). I usually start to drag after lunch, and if I want to get a bit of work done in the early afternoon, a cup of black tea definitely helps.

Sometime in late June I became infatuated with plain black tea. I’m normally a bit of a gimmicky-flavored tea drinker, but it suddenly became my favorite thing to drink after I was served it with shortbread cookies one day, and left to drink it slowly on a comfortable sofa.

I’m also Irish-American, so, um, maybe I’m genetically biased towards this tea. Going to try an English breakfast tea next to see if I can tell the difference.

Anyway, I’m careful not to steep this one too long. At 3 minutes it’s a bit peppery, almost like a very lightly scented earl grey.

Good black tea, great for (obviously) breakfast, but also for a mid-afternoon caffeine fix. It has a really nice, smooth flavor.
