I just steep loose leaf chai in apple cider to get the apple cider affect. It’s pretty much amazing:)

Decent. Enjoyable. Gets bitter easily though.

The Plantation Peach from Charleston Tea Co. blows this tea out of the water! That’s a loose tea though. Goes great with Hob Nobs in the middle of the afternoon. :) :) :)

Oh wow, can’t believe our local tea co has made it all the way up to by you. CTC gets their tea from the only working tea plantation in the country.

Oh Cha!

My friends went to Charleston, and brought back that tea to me as a gift. I was so impressed with it… I would love to see that plantation sometime. :)

DH came home early from his cofffeshop studying and ruined my vibe & concentration by nixing the xmas music and putting on my fave movie (Indiana Jones).

So, I mustered up the willpower to leave and am now at a Panera. Complete with lame Muzak :( And this tea, which was one of my intros to “real” tea many years ago. Still good when brewed in scalding hot water, with a touch of honey.

It was still warm-ish 2 hrs later, and that’s with taking the lid & sleeve off to let it cool down early on!

This is one of my go-to teabags for when I want and quick, easy, soothing cup. Add a tiny bit of orange blossom honey and it’s perfectly sweet. The green tea is barely there as a faint sweet grassiness. I think it’s also a fairly forgiving tea since I know Panera Bread (where I was first introduced to it) makes it scalding hot.
