About a dozen balls in a Year of The Monkey teapot from Teavana (one of two I received for Christmas), steeped for 3 minutes produced a fantastic couple of cups for breakfast along with Steel Cut Oatmeal, from Roots, a local organic food store here in Maryland.

I got this as a gift and woah, what a tea! Divine with milk and sugar. I like having this as my first, leisurely cup of the day so I can enjoy the nuanced taste. Out of my price range but maybe I can convince someone to give it as a gift again. -_^
