drank Peachy White by Tealuxe

A very tasty tea- this is almost like a grown-up peach-flavored tea. It has a sophisticated peach flavoring that integrates very well with the black tea base. This is my favorite peach-flavored tea, and I regularly repurchase it.

This is a staple to my tea collection, what I consider a “comfort tea”. Sweet, without being overbearing. Takes sugar or honey well.

(Also mixes really well with the Pumpkin Spice Chai.)

Oh, gods I love this tea. Definitely pumpkin, all spice and sweet. I’ll drink this with or without milk (usually without), and it is one of the few teas I prefer honey in, as opposed to sugar.

Been mixing this with a little bit vanilla black tea, which makes a startingly delicious combination!

My favorite of their chais. It’s cinnamon and clove and spicy, and I love it—hot, cold, or in between. I always go with the raw sugar with this one, as the flavors compliment each other nicely.

drank Tippy Yunnan by Tealuxe

This is one of those wonderful teas that’s ready to drink pretty much right away (albeit lighter than standard, but sometimes that’s how I want my tea), or you can just let it sit for a while and it stays mellow (not like Assams which seem to go straight to evil and bitter in a matter of seconds.)

I usually get this as a prepared tea, vs making it myself, and while it is very good it can get a bit much—I prefer it as a now-and-then tea vs a daily tea. It’s my second favorite of their chais.

Probably my favorite of their teas, but that always depends on what I last had.

drank Kashmiri Chai by Tealuxe

This is my least favorite chai, possibly ever. The mint is weird and I don’t like mint and milk AT ALL.

Lovely, strongly Assam-based, but a little milder than their Assam Organic. Excellent both hot and cold—one of my favorite standards

drank Throat Tender by Tealuxe

Today I used up the last of this, about a teaspoon for a pot that holds 2-3 cups. It came out much better than the last time I tried it (I think I like this one on the weak side), but it’s pretty bitter and I’m not noticing any throat-soothing qualities at all. I’d stick with Throat Coat if you’re looking for something to make you feel better.

One of Tealuxe’s better teas, in my books. Never gets bitter. Can usually take two sweepings.

A very good Lapsang, not too heavy on the palate and good for eating with sweet or creamy foods. Requires slightly more attention to the steeping time than some blends, as it is liable to turn woody and bitter if left to steep for more than five minutes. Nonetheless, is still a cut above the more common commercial blends.
