This tea is very light. I enjoy it especially when I’m not feeling too good – either headache or sore throat. It warms me while at the same time calms. The lemon is just a hint … very delicate & soothing. Much better for me than a cough drop. Tastes good even after it cools.
Sure Stash teas seem to come out really weak (wouldn’t think it’d be a problem when I’ve got an electric kettle and the water is bubblin’), but even still this one is yum-tacular!
Choco-hazelnut + milk + 1xsugar => nirvana.
If I thought the teabag was capable of it, I’d like to be like Garfield and get into a big warm cup of this :)
Preparation
I was expecting a little more Orange flavor or even a little more fruity flavor but this tea is Chamomile only. Before I took a sip the smell was fruity and yet the taste was extremely herbal. It was calming and could be used if needing a bedtime tea but totally not fruity at all!
Preparation
The Mint smells great but the ginger not so much. The taste is about the same…almost like the two are fighting each other. I don’t think I like that. It might be better cold. This isn’t a sipping tea hot…maybe after it cools to ‘luke-warm’ I will chug…to try and get thru it.
I never tend to like decaf teas (is it just me, or is there always a noticeable “decaf” taste to them?), but the other notes are fairly strong as well so it almost masks that weird flavour. Not a great tea, but it still beats herbal blends in my book.
Preparation
I found a box of this tea in my desk drawer at work (it has to be a good 2 years old, but it was sealed) and remembered liking it. I have a quickly worsening cold today, and I can’t breathe/taste very well, but there is a definite nutty note along with something that vaguely seems like vanilla but is a little “off”. I’ll have to try this again when I’m well to truly review it, but at least for now it’s kind of comforting.
Preparation
wow, i don’t feel that this tea deserved the harsh reviews- i really like it. I used to make lemongrass ginger tea from scratch all the time, and this pretty much hits home. Adding a bit of honey and milk makes it absolutely delectable! Perfect for when your throat is feeling a bit achy, and you just need that hot cup of remedy. Seriously, I’ve taken a sip in between each sentence, can put it down!
Preparation
I’m very proud of myself. I set a timer for my tea today, so I wouldn’t run the risk of forgetting about it and oversteeping. So. Stash advises 1-3 minutes, I go 2:45 on the dot.
Now, the inhale: it’s a light raspberry nose. I like that, I don’t want to be hit in the face with berry-ness this afternoon. You can actually smell the tea, too. The first sip takes me a second to adjust: Cardboard? Second sip: okay, there’s some white tea here. The raspberry is faint, but as my tea rapidly cools, I can [faintly] taste the raspberry longer and longer after I swallow. It’s light, it’s soothing, it’s not bad for a Friday afternoon.
Preparation
Kinda an odd day. Trying to finish a gazillion and one things with a deadline of today minus my main work computer because the screen went out. Got to get websites up, finish monthly school newsletter, and record class podcasts. Yikes.
Also, it is snowing and somehow I managed to not die on the way to work, but will have to cross my fingers the same thing happens on the way home. I’ve been here several hours already and am just now having my 1st cup of the day. And I just feel off. Ever have days like that?
Preparation
Yes, almost every day for me is like that. Praying for you driving home. You totally made my day- I’ve been looking for a ginger peach green based tea and they have this in loose! Matcha is an added bonus!, kinda like a flavored matcha even if I do have to decant it. A ginger peach matcha would be wonderful.
Most of my days are relatively calm, well as calm as typical middle schoolers can be, but I hate when things out of my control happen. I need to learn to go with the flow lol!
And I really like this tea! I have it in the bagged version but plan on getting the loose leaf soon.
I’m kinda impressed with this little tea bag. Found a box hanging out in the teacher’s lounge and jumped on it since I love teas with ginger and peach. Has a nice ginger flavor that isn’t too strong and the peach comes out more in the aroma than the taste but it is there. Can taste the green tea/matcha and it isn’t bitter but instead compliments the ginger. I quite like this and am already planning on adopting the box should no one else claim it.
Preparation
a good breakfast tea, this time with some creamer, but the more i drink this tea the more it reminds me of generic orange pekoe. tastes good, but i kinda wish it were a little more unique.
