Rishi Tea

YUM… YUNNAN DOES IT RIGHT AGAIN.

Very good. I am not much of a ginger person, and even I like this.
I don’t go crazy over it though. However, last time I had friends over for another home cooked dinner made by yours truly, after one sip their faces lit up! THEY LOVED IT. Each of them lost their minds over this tea, and insisted on knowing where I got it from.
So not the right tea for me most days, but what a crowd pleaser!

Also… it’s magnificent for hangovers. :)

This is a very hearty white tea – which is why it is probably the only white tea that I will pair with a hearty, strongly flavoured meal. Excellent, and a little goes a long way.

This was the first tea that lead me to Rishi – I found it at a local coffee shop where I would spend lots of time doing homework. Kept going back because I didn’t know where else to get it!
Hot I add a bit of honey… but is also magnificent iced. A local cafe where I like to grab lunch is trained to bring me a glass of ice each time I order it :) Even my friends who “don’t like tea” or those who claim they “don’t like fruity tea” cannot get enough of this.
And what aren’t blueberries good in? Seriously… tea… beer… mmmm…

The union of Genmaicha & Matcha… IS GOOD. REALLY GOOD. My new favourite green tea!

Beautiful, classic Chinese green tea. I can’t get my family to enjoy Japanese green teas (my personal favourite), because their taste buds have been ruined by grocery store bought “green tea bags” their whole lives. But THIS, they love and can’t get enough of! It’s the Chinese green tea taste they’re looking for – but a million times better.

By far my favorite masala chai. I like it hot, with milk and just a teeny dash of sugar.

This is one of my all-time favorite masala chais. It gives me heartburn occasionally, though.

Just finished my first tin of this — one of my favorites! And now I’m in the market to try a new keemun. Any suggestions?

I heart the smoothness of this. Great for a temperate, party-cloudy day.

You know that scene in WALL-E when he wakes up and needs to get his battery recharged? That’s how I feel today.

Drank the last of my 4oz pack from earlier this year… It’s a nice tea, I’m tempted to call it my gateway to black teas. Before I tried this, I really couldn’t drink any black tea without some sugar or milk. Now I think I used to be crazy…

As always, Rishi has very accurate descriptions of it’s tea.

Refreshing. Easy. Vegital.
But constant shaking is needed to get everything off the bottom.

Thought it would taste a little different than it ended up tasting, but overall the flavor didn’t seem much peach-like to me, but it was still an excellent tea

Did not like this one at all

It was cheap, thought I’d try it, and well. Horrible.
