Andrews & Dunham Damn Fine Tea

nom. Pulled this one out from Tigress_Al to enjoy. Cold, windy saturday so this makes a great cup :)

I had another cup of this earlier today to see how i feel about it, and as it turns out, the tiger is just not working for me these days. So, given how much i know cavocorax loves this tea, I’ll be giving her the last of this so that it can be enjoyed by someone who still loves it :)

Another oldie but a goodie. Gotta love damn fine teas. One of these days i should figure out which one is my favourite, see if my tastes have changed. :)

this one is rather brassy today. I’m not sure how in love with this flavour i am today. I will have to have this again in the nera future to see if my taste buds have changed or if i’m just having an “off” day.

i pulled this one out of the cupboard today for our “family christmas in june” I wanted something familiar and comforting since it feels like my cupboard is almost entirely new things and i’ve been missing my favourites. So happy to still have this one around.

tea from today – i wanted bolder and familiar this morning as it’s COLD! stupid weather being warm then freezing in the same week span. blech. Still loving this one, which makes me happy given i’m on my second tin of it heh

mmmmmm backlogging a little, but also not tracking everything. Mostly i just wanted to share that i haven’t had a cup of this in ages and it did NOT disappoint. thank you tiger! :)

if you’re going to drink one damn fine tea…you might as well drink a second! :) I am taking a few moments out of my day to try and plan a vacation in November. My other half can’t get away in October as he’s looking after our friend’s child M-F but November should be doable, and much needed after all the travelling i’ve had to do for work sept/oct.

I think there’s a little of the ginger from the last cup of tea that seeped in to this cup, so it’s not the best cup of tiger tea that i’ve had, but that’s on ME not the tea :)

Operation 150 is in full effect! Goal today – 5 sipdowns, since i’m not sure if i’ll get time to get some in on Saturday.

VariaTEA sent me a small cup of this that Cavo had sent her because this is not the tea for her…and that’s OK. I, however? SOOO happy to have this back in my cupboard for a day. It was a nice start to my morning today since yesterday had been a little insane with work. :) Thanks for thinking of me VariaTEA! great start to today!

Sipdown! (181) Since i’ll be away from my cupboard for a few days and don’t feel like going through the hassle of packing up a tea basket and such since i’m only bringing a small suitcase, i’m enjoying a few teas today as well as getting in a couple sipdowns. I fulle expect tea to show up while i’m away so i need to make sure not coming home to 200+ teas. At least i still have 3 weeks to get to 150. :)

I added a slice of orange to this one today since lala’s done that on a few occasions and i thought it would be fun to experiment with my last cup. It’s adding just a bit of sweetness, along with the orange to this cup and turning it into something entirely different and yet just as deliciously good! Maybe i’ll try a few others like that today heh…maybe.

This will be gone tomorrow. It will be a sad, sad day. However that means the next sale will be one i can..pounce on haha sorry. again, still enjoying this tea!

First tea of the day. Admittedly i haven’t done much tea drinking today as work got busy and now that i’m home i just want to go to bed. heh Still loving this and looking forward to being able to place another order in the near-ish future to replenish my stock heh

this was my tea this morning to deal with the slushy, frozen mess out there. I only have maybe 5 more days worth of this tea left so i’m trying to savour them while also being excited for an excuse to place another order during the next sale haha. Added a bit of maple to this one just for fun and had a great morning tea :)

tea of the morning because somehow, even though my day was crawling…all of a sudden it’s 9:30 and i’ve done nothing? since getting home. Haven’t had any tea or anything tonight but i’ve looked at trips, registered for a wedding open house, bought tea and now i’m sorting through my amazing package from the tea fairy and loving all the messages she’s sent along with them. I need to step up my swapping game!

This tea is almost done, but it just gives me an excuse to pick up another tin during the next sale AND maybe consider a tin of their newest blend heh

I’m nearly down to the bottom of this tin finally which makes me sad but also gives me an excuse to pay attention for the next damn fine tea sale so that i can restock this one and pick up the new one, provided i like the new one. thankfully this tea hasn’t gone the way of 49 and i still love it :)

yum. cold tea. not. I made this morning after getting woken up early for issues…that are still not resolved, which has caused me to get no work done today outside of this issue. It also means i don’t have a whole lot of time for tea. I brewed this one up right away and got to drink most of it warm..but now it’s cold and sad. I also have no water in my house until they do whatever they’re doing with the water mains today so i’m trying to stretch out the water that i put in the kettle and the brita and a couple uh pots so that i could have tea today lol.

Still like this one, so it appears my tastebuds are only on strike when it comes to 49. :(

RAWR! tiger tiger burning bright! so good….soooo, sooooo good.

This was one of my teas from this morning. I have to say i wasn’t feeling it today though. It just seemed flatter today than i wanted it to be. I hope our love affair hasn’t come to an end and that i’m just having an off day :)

HELLLLLOOOOO WORLD! Nothing says no you are not getting any sleep like TIGER ASSAM! RAWR! yes..i’m in a mood. 30 mins until i have to leave my house to head to the airport and i still haven’t been able to pre-check in because air canada sucks at the moment…and i’ve been up since early o’clock and oh yes.. i gave up…i am succumbing to the sheer delight of a bold black tea…and waffle cookies.

At least it’s cooler outside…i’m mostly just sitting..anxious. want to be at the airport and yet not but i have to finish working and oh my god i wish they’d figure out what’s broken!

oh yeah..this tea? go get it if you like bold yummy strong teas that say HEEEEEELLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

(Backlog)Pretty sure my body has shut down in preparation for vacation next week. Either than or i’m pregnant…which is a less than likely possibility. I had an incredibly long day yesterday and went to bed at 9:30….so i barely drank tea and did not log anything. But this was one of two teas i did drink yesterday and enjoyed thoroughly…and no…no sipdown lol
