I got a sample from Liquid Proust and it was hard to read what was written on the sample . I think it’s Fukuyu Sencha from ESP Emporium. I couldn’t find that tea listed here so I didn’t bother setting it up.
Had this one at work and just brewed up western style. Oh, wow, was it ever good. It tasted fruity. Really fruity and sweet. I really want more of this green tea. Soooo good!

So I did have the name right then! That’s good to know in case I want to buy some. Your Blueberry Sandstorm Genmaicha must be really good then if it’s made with this tea.
I don’t want to be subjective about my own teas… but, being that I used no flavoring for the blueberry taste leaves me with room to improve the overall taste. While I may be pleased with what I came up with, I can understand how others may want more fruity notes in the tea; but in regards to the sencha used, I am rather picky with my greens :p

That sencha ended up in the Blueberry Sandstorm Genmaicha I made…
Sorry about the handwriting :p
