I have really nothing new to say about this tea. I still wish the pineapple was stronger… I still wish that it was more of a punch. Today I’m getting the tiniest amount of a salty taste with this tea and I have NO idea why. It’s probably nothing to do with the tea at all. Having it with milk today. It’s good. Actually it’s cream. The milk went sour here at work. ANyways, I’m wondering if it’s the creamer causing the saltiness.

Either way, good tea, but not one that I would keep stocked. I’m going to try and drink it up fast.

Non-tea related: I’m working for a temporary work service here in my city, and I’ve been placed in a propane company. I work four days here and one day at the newspaper that I work for. Well, the propane place has been great, but they are going to let me go this week. The temp place called me yesterday and said they had a new job for me starting Wednesday and they’d let me know more as they found out more. So, today was to be my last day at the propane place… Well, it’s not anymore: the other job fell through. I feel like I’m on a roller coaster today!! I was looking forward to something new, while sad to say bye and now the propane place is keeping me to Friday.. which is good, but it’s kinda stressing me out!

Today I’ve decided I’m going to try and sipdown some more teas. I’m giving myself the freedom to throw out my tiny leftovers after having some of these glasses. I’ve got a bunch that I only have a few tsps. left and if I have a glass and don’t like it or don’t think I’d drink the rest, then I’m going to let them go. It’s okay. The ones I’m trying are either free samples or one’s I know I won’t finish as I’ve already had them so long.

Anyways, that’s my little.. “rant” if you can call it that. Here’s to tea!

Oh no! I feel your pain, being unemployed myself. Hope they don’t string you along too far

Thanks! Same here. I’m trying not to stress about it, but it’s not easy. My husband thankfully has been really relaxed about it and very encouraging! :) Maybe being off work for a bit will be good. It’ll give me more of a chance to finish writing my novel finally.

I’m a 30-something-year-old aspiring writer. I’ve written several short stories that I’m looking to get published someday soon.

I work as a paginator (I do page layout for our local weekly newspaper) and absolutely love it! I’m also an amateur photographer.
I’m the proud mommy of two sweet little boys! One born Feb. 3/15. He showed up 4.5 weeks early, but thankfully after a week in the hospital he’s great now. :)
The second one came just Monday evening at only 2 weeks early so he’s healthy and perfect!
Life just got so much more busy and crazy but I’m so excited.
I’m married to an absolute amazing man who “puts up” with my tea obsession.

It wasn’t until a few years after high school that I finally became interested in tea. I started with Orange Pekoe double double (milk not cream), and peppermint. Since that time, I’ve really opened up to other kinds of tea and I’ve well… I’ve kind of just went nuts since then.

I don’t drink much bagged tea anymore. It’s mostly loose leaf in my cupboard. The only except are a couple that were given to me and they sound too good!

I would have to say my favourite kinds are (in no particular order): black, herbal, white and rooibos (definitely prefer the green to red, but will drink the red too).

Green teas, pu’erh, and matcha are starting to grow on me but I’m very picky about them still. I am finding I like pu’erh tea cakes much better than loose. And with matcha I much prefer flavoured ones over straight.

I still don’t really care for mate teas but there a couple that are the exception to that.

I drink tea every single day. I absolutely love it. I can’t image my life without it.

I don’t log every time I drink a tea as I don’t want to spam everyone with tons of duplicate loggings, but I will log when I have a new tea, which happens on a regular basis and when I do a SIPDOWN! :D
