259 Tasting Notes
A mildly spiced, fruity aroma predominated by a sweet creamy almond scent. Once steeped the fruits take over, creating a glorious red berry liquid. The recommended 8 minute steep time is worth it, with a fore flavour of tart fruit, spicy middle notes and an unusual finish that’s a combination of sour fruit and creamy almond, making every mouthful taste like fruit crumble and custard.

A white tea compiled of handpicked buds and leaves that are dried in spring sun. This beautiful snowy white tea produces a light flavourful liquor full of delicate notes of pine and herbs. The cute seasonal packaging makes this tea perfect for Christmas, particularly for those who want to experience the flavours in a single origin tea.
Flavors: Herbs, Pine

This is definitely a blend to watch out for, mimicking G&T shockingly well. What’s surprising though, are the super strong notes of grapefruit in the aroma, that become a gentle in the taste, providing the tongue with that teasing bitter note of gin. Obviously, this also creates a fruity element that combines well with the lemon and white tea to create an expertly crafted alcohol free tea blend.
I even named it the “Most Inventive Flavour” and gave it runner up “Best for Sober Xmas” and “Editors Choice” in my 12 Teas of Christmas post: https://tastethetea.co.uk/2016/12/01/12teaxmas/
I loved this tea soooo much!

Tried this one yesterday.
Let me just put this out there… I hate warm lemon. All it does is remind me of being a kid and being ill and being made to drink Lemsips. >.< Eurgh
However, recently I have been adventurous and tried some lemon heavy blends, which to my surprise I’ve been enjoying! I also love ginger so I kinda just thought I would this ok.
I couldn’t be more wrong! I HATED it! I barely took a few sips, was thrown back to my childhood and just knew I couldn’t stomach it. This being said if anyone DOES like hot lemon, this is probably something you will really enjoy, so I’ve tried not to be too mean with my rating!

Currently supping away at a mini sample I had of this! Been sitting in the cupboard for a little well so thought I would finally give it a whirl!
Thought it was a herbal blend so whacked 100C water over it oppsie! Despite this I done seem to have ruined the green tea much, not bitterness to report! :)
Moderate minty aroma.
Flavour is lovely! Can image this so easily iced with a bit of tipple added in! Flavour is fairly citrusy and again moderately minty. Lovely!

A Christmas tea that smells gloriously like Christmas, holding wonderful festive notes of orange and cloves, in both the aroma and flavour. The spicy citrus flavour is combined with a smooth black tea, that doesn’t carry any bitterness, creating a wonderful warming effect.
Flavors: Clove, Orange, Smooth, Spices, Tea

I did steep this with hot water and in hind sight think I should have gone for cold brewing this as its quite a summery blend. Fingers crossed for next time!
Flavors: Hibiscus, Lemon, Strawberry
I was super excited about this tea and I thought it may have been something a little different. However, I found the aroma to be disappointing, not particularly smelling of either strawberry or lemonade. I also felt the flavour was lacking a little. The notes were all their just quite muted. Not something I would expect from Bluebird, which is a real shame.

A distinctively peppery chai, leaving a warming spicy feeling on the tongue. The actual tea is smooth with no bitter notes, making it easy to enjoy black and without sugar. Ginger and pepper are key to this blend, with the classic chai ingredients, like cloves, taking more of a back seat, making this a chai that offers something a little different, being the spiciest of Christmas Tea.
