So I accidentally ordered the large bag of this instead of the sample size. This is also the first tea from this company that I have tried.
Last time it Turned out a bit watery and the flavors were weak but pleasant.
This time I brewed it for 5 minutes at 210 F as recommended and used somewhere between 3.25-3.5 teaspoons of leaf.
It didn’t taste right, due to my error of brewing. This also is the first white tea I’ve ever had before so brewing it and tasting is still very new. The flavor notes of this were very different after over leafing it this time around.
