While sitting down to study, I felt that tea would be an excellent motivator. It is 75+ degrees outside so I decided to experiment with the “double brew and pour over ice” method. It smells stronger, likely because of the extra leaves I put in. It is a very pleasing aroma. It is also a very pretty dark pink color. I do not care for it this way. I possibly did this technique incorrectly and will not completely write off cold brewing (especially since this northern girl doesn’t too well in the Missouri heat) but I think I will keep drinking this tea hot.

I just learned from the boyfriend that I have no common sense. I was supposed to wait until it cooled before putting it over ice!!! I will try this again very soon as I do believe that the flavor in this tea would be excellent cold.
