This tastes and smells exactly like the name. It’s a very good tea and reminds me of the Monk’s Blend. I added some ice to this one and drank it around room temperature—I play around with the temp of the tea depending on how I feel. Overall, very good tea.

I’m still pretty new to pu-erh, but I just landed lots of samples thanks to Andrew, including this one. Yesterday, I steeped this four times with 4g leaf and 250 ml of water. The second steep was fantastic. It tasted like a caramelized butter. So good. I should mention that yesterday I had about 5 pieces of the fruit.

Today, I went with 4g leaf and 100 ml of water. I’m on steep 3 right now and am starting to get that caramel flavor again. I only have one piece of the fruit, and I got a nice taste of it in the first steep, but not as much anymore. I am really enjoying this tea, and will get some with my next order.

I’ve had this tea a few times now, and I’m really enjoying it. I think Andrew described this one well on his blog as tasting like a chocolate vanilla brownie. I’m starting to think it would be better for me to review teas after a few tries with them (if possible), as this one grew on me and others do to as well, while some teas do the opposite.

My dad just gifted this tea to me. Honestly, it’s tasty, but artificial anything triggers some headaches.

I really enjoyed this tea. It was a very generous sized sample—I think someone said 14 grams. My sister enjoyed it as well. I’m going to have to get some more of this when I run out.

This was good but didn’t seem as fresh. Still a good tea. I guess I don’t know dragon wells that well either—this is my second one.

This is one of the best greens that I have had. I’m grateful to be drinking it right now.

It’s nutty, creamy and smooth, and a little fruity (pineapple).

I haven’t had pearls I don’t like. I strongly prefer this over the Numi loose leaf, but I think that I like LP’s silver jasmine more than this.

Good pearls at a good price.

This tea reminds me a lot of Ailaoshan Black by WP. It’s a bitter thinner and less malty and chocolatey, but very similar. I have enjoyed it so far.

EDIT: Having this one again today. I tasted more of the woodsy elderberry flavor when I steeped it for only 3 instead of 5-7 like I had. Drinking the third steep currently and I’m picking up some nice caramel tones.

Almost at the end of my 2 oz. bag of this. This is easily my favorite of the AQ2T teas that I bought. The maple is the dominant flavor for sure. Enjoying this outside on a nice MN springish day. #Springish
