This tea is tasty. The fermentation notes are very weak. The chocolate notes are very strong. After all they add chocolate chips to this tea. It’s early and I’m again too lazy to gongfu this tea. Having been up all night with insomnia I’m too tired to break a cake anyway.

I brewed this one time in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water for 30 sec.

Flavors: Chocolate, Earth, Sweet

Preparation
Boiling 3 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

Chocolate works well with puerh. I’ve been drinking a version from David’s teas.

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
