Drank this one again this morning and changed the parameters. Used four pagodas instead of three and 185 degree water. It was much improved. No sour taste adn not so flat tasting today. Also increased the steep time to four minutes.

I brewed this one time in a Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 12g leaf and 185 degree water for 4 min.

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money.
