556 Tasting Notes
Chai is that you??? this one taste like a Chai tea to me and smells like a Chai to me too, It’s really good but i dont taste much chocolate in here there other things cover it if its in there, I got this one in a Swap from someone who isnt on here on steepster so i didnt have to buy it and i’m glad because i almost bought some but now i wont cuz it’s pretty much puerh chai its still good but i want one that taste like chocolate for real maybe i can find a different chocolate puerh.

This one is actually a lot beter than the first White Peony I tried, This one i could drink all the time it is realy nice, this one to me also has an almost honeylike taste to it if you add a little sugar, a little sugar goes a long way in this tea, I like it :)

i brewed this one at about 190 for 3 minutes and it was nice i think 5 minutes would do great also. i dont know proper brewing temp or times for oolongs, anyone have any suggestions?
If I am steeping mine in a regular teapot/mug, as opposed to a gaiwan, I usually do 2 or 3 minutes. But I think a lot depends on the individual tea and how strong you like it.
