This is an excellant tea. Light and slightly fruity with sweet notes to boot. Its best if its brewed no longer than 3.5 minutes in almost boiling water.
3 minutes eh? I tried 4 and was disappointed with the lack of flavor. Does 3.5 bring out more orange or chamomile?
