I’ve had this one before but didn’t get a chance to rate it properly. I’ve noticed that Davids is using less and less actual tea leaves in their teas and more of the flavoring ingredients. In this case it makes for a nice and strong cup of blueberry flavor but really lacking in the tea department.

This time I steeped it with some of the black tea my dad got me when he was in India (I honestly have no clue what kind of black is it, unfortunately) and it was superb. 1/2 tsp of each and it’s got a nice balance of black with blueberry after taste. Plus it’ll make the blueberry from Davids last twice as long ;)

I got into loose leaf teas about three years back when I figured I might be a little too old for Celestial Seasoning’s Zinger Teas. Ever since, I’ve been sneaking out of the house to find obscure hole in the wall tea shops to get my fix and swapping teas as I go.
Lately, I’ve been into herbals and rooibos, but I do enjoy black tea, specifically ceylons. I mainly drink flavored teas.

Currently Looking For:
Caramel flavored teas
Cherry herbals
