This was one of my first teas from Davids that I fell in love with. Ive gotten tired of it after a while, but still go back. Today I felt like I needed a caffeine boost and I’m out of matcha so I made myself a cup. You can definitely taste the creamy vanilla but its not like cupcake-vanilla, more of like a sweetness that takes the edge of the citrus of the bergamot. It makes the earl grey less soapy-citrus and more smooth and easier to go down, for me. Its yummy! But gets bitter quick so steep for 4-5-6 mins. I usually use just under a perfect spoon.
