Slightly astringent, but refreshing brew. A good tea to try if you’re over sencha but aren’t willing to commit to the pricey matcha.

Blech! I found this in my housemate’s tea stash. It smelled good so I thought it might be good iced. Too heavy on the licorice. My stomach’s feeling fine, so I cannot review its stomach easing properties.

Smoky. Reminds me of pu erh.

It reached triple digits today. Came home and poured this over ice. I feel cooler already. Best of all, there was a sale at H Mart, 2 for $3 for Oi Ocha today! Yeah!

Finally got around to tasting this iced. I used the cold brew method. However, I left the tea to flower in the container too long, so it tasted bitter. The scent is sweet. It reminds me of the peach gummies I sometimes buy at the Asian market.

Had a cold brewed iced tea today. Pretty good, but I think I prefer it hot.

I’m sitting here at Zen Tara Tea in Bethesda sipping on one of their iced teas of the day. So nice and refreshing, especially since it’s 93 degrees outside!

This tea was on sale at Harris Teeter last week, so I bought a couple of bottles. As far as teas go, I do prefer Ito En’s Oi Ocha better. This is a good brewed green tea. Less bitter than Honest Tea. Nice palate cleanser.
