As an afterthought, this was the tea bag that just did not quit. I brewed my sample bag a friend had given me, shared it with the boyfriend, and went out for supper with a friend. When I walked back in I saw the tea steeping on the counter again. I asked if he was trying to steep it again (as I am really not generally fond of second steep cups) and he admitted this was the fourth steep! Dubiously, I gave it a shot and he was right, the flavour was holding up brilliantly. It wasn’t quite as bright a flavour as the first cup had been but, given the cup we were on, I think I can lower my flavour expectations just a pinch. Very impressed with this tea, one of my definite favourites hot!
