100 Tasting Notes
I taste the almond and the coconut. It is such a pretty tea! The rose petals add color and fragrance. I don’t really taste the white tea but overall, it is good.
Flavors: Almond, Coconut, Rose

Very prominent chocolate flavor in this tea, I don’t taste the “chili” part though. It just tastes like chocolate – which is a good flavor, yes, but not sure I love it in my chai. I wish there was more spice to this one. The sweetness of the chocolate would be enhanced with a spice.

I was eager to try this Earl Grey from a favorite tea company. I was glad to try it, it is good, but I have other Earl Greys that I prefer. I think the bergamot is too subtle for me, it is hard to detect and I love that flavor. I will drink all my stash, but I won’t buy any more.

I was excited to get some of this tea, between all the glowing reviews here and on Youtube, I figured it must be incredible. I must say, the hype is true, it is wonderful tea. Each steeping seems a bit different which adds to the excitement. I enjoyed each subsequent steeping tasting and smelling different things. Overall, I think the most prevalent scent and taste was of baked bread. Maybe the fact that I am gluten free added to the appeal of this tea? Overall, delicious. I will guard my supply of this tea :).
Flavors: Baked Bread, Malt

We visited England and while in York visited this lovely tea shop. I bought a few teas to bring back home to Connecticut and this was one of them. It is one of my favorites that is close to gone – might have to go back to visit York England and Hebden Tea.
Flavors: Bergamot, Orange
Preparation
I steeped this tea longer (3 min), instead of 2, as suggested. It appeared to be clear but upon closer inspection it was a beautiful, light, pale yellow. The fragrance was wonderful, slight and beautiful. I love this tea!
Flavors: Apricot, Grapes, Green
