A nice, lite grassy tea. Made with the hot water spigot at work and small gaiwan. 30 Second steep. Neither the water nor tea was measured, just eyeballed.

Flavors: Dry Grass, Straw

I’ve only been drinking tea regularly for a couple years. I used to drink it at my grandma’s house when I was a young kid and this has brought back a lot of wonderful memories. I’m trying to learn what I can, but there are centuries of information out there.
