105 Tasting Notes
Brews into a dark brown, almost like coffee. Has golden sparkles in it – very small, like an amber bead. Tastes strongly of rose. Black tea is not bitter, though steeping longer than 5 minutes would easily push it over that line. The novelty is mainly the sparkles – otherwise it’s a solid rose tea. Tasted 01.2019
Flavors: Rose, Tea
Preparation
Steeped 2 min and drank hot. Tastes watery and flowery, but mostly from the smell – very little flavor from taste.
Tried it iced – steeped 1.5 minutes, poured over ice. Tastes like flower water. Tried several times to like it but I couldn’t finish it. Tasted 8.2018
Flavors: Flowers, Perfume
Preparation
Tastes like floral water. Recommended steeping time is 1-3 minutes. Steeped for 2 minutes – still had an overpowering floral and perfume-y scent. Didn’t finish this tea. It would maybe improve with honey, but there are better versions out there – don’t need to “make this work.” Tasted 8.2018
Flavors: Artificial, Floral
