This has been my morning work tea lately. I let it steep for about 4 minutes and add 1 packet of sugar and two little cups of half & half. It is not the best English Breakfast but I much prefer it to the Lipton they have available at the coffee stations here.

I tried this Trader Joe’s Ginger Pear White Tea for the first time today. I let it steep for about 3 minutes and added a bit of honey. It has a deeper color than I expected. As far as flavor, the ginger surprised me with a little spicy kick. It is definitely warming but not overpowering. The pear flavor was a little less noticeable to me. I drank this hot but I would love to try it iced. I think it would be lovely that way.
