So I’m back logging right now. I drank this at 12 am after I came home from work. The aroma is heavy with vanilla and some nuttiness. The taste is extremely yummy though. It almost reminds me of those almond windmill cookies you get from Trader Joes. SO GOOD.

Tried blending this with a TINY bit of pineapple kona pop… Honestly, it’s pretty good. It adds a bit of a sweet note along with the earthiness.

So.. Since the sample only lasted a day I went and ordered myself a lovely 4 oz. bag of this tea. I love this as a morning tea. Not too strong but a nice, mellow wake-me-up tea :]

I completely forgot I had this until I opened up one of my sample tins! Well now you all know what I had for breakfast :] Some delicious chai. This tea to me is a classic chai. But it’s a bit lighter with more of a black tea tone to it(which I love). I’m not one for a strong chai unless it’s snowing and I’m cursing the weather. It’s the perfect strength in spice without being TOO strong. Probably my new favorite chai :]
ALSO: Thank you Epi Tea for this wonderful sample :D

Geez… waiting for this to cool and the smell is driving me crazy(in a good way of course)! It smells soooo yummy.
This tea is very creamy.. At first it reminds me of coffee, it has a nice coconut/nutty flavor to it then runs into chocolatey nuttyness. The aftertaste kind of reminds me of a graham cracker.. or a marshmallow? I’m so confused. ANYWAYS this tea is fantastic whatever the aftertaste is.

I have never tried a banana tea so I thought I’d give this one a shot! There is a very strong chamomile flavor at first (maybe too much?). This is the more dominant flavor. But the aftertaste is where you find the banana and caramel flavors. It’s light but it’s also very delicious. You can’t really catch the rooibos, which is a bit of a disappointment.. This would be a wonderful “wind down after a busy day”/bedtime tea.

Words can’t explain how bad I needed to try this tea. Lychee black tea is probably always going to be one of my favorite teas. I have a HUGE tin full of it :]
Anyways… I absolutely love the smell of this tea. So soft and fruity. The taste is the same too. To me the lychee was the more dominant flavor with hints of peachy-pearness and a subtle black tea in the background. I really liked this tea. A nice switch up to my classic lychee black tea :]
The flavor could have been a little bit stronger but maybe I will just play with it a bit more :]

The tea is very moody. It doesn’t like to be made like traditional black tea.. The first time I made it I used boiling water at 3 minutes. It was so… BITTER! But I guess that’s what I get with grapefruit and orange peels… SO we tried it today at 195 for 1 minute and 15 seconds. It turned out delicious! The ginger is the more dominate flavor followed by some citrusy notes. Mostly grapefruit. It’s different but it’s ok. Honestly.. I like it. I will probably play around with it a little more on water temperature and steeping time. See what I can come up with!

Well I tried to drink this yesterday.. but I was forced out the door too quickly when my boyfriend wanted to go swimming. So I threw it in my bottle and.. that was it.. BUT today I had nothing to take my morning away.. so I made the last little bit I had and it was delicious. I love oolongs so this was perfect. A very mineraly flavor. But it’s still smooth. You get a sweet aftertaste. This is now one of my favorite oolongs :]
